Yuyao Aluminum Factory was founded.

"WUGU" trademark was registered.

Company was renamed as "Ningbo WUGU Metallic Industries Co., Ltd"

First time to export.

"WUGU" trademark was registered in USA, Japan, Canada and Taiwan.

1996

Company was reformed and renamed as "Ningbo WUGU Metallic Products Co., Ltd".

1997

Company received the import and export license.

2000

Company brought in ISO9000 quality system.

2001

"Ningbo WUGU MEIYA Metallic Products CO., Ltd" was founded by WUGU and NSL group from USA together.

"WUGU import & export co., Ltd" was founded.

Company opened an office in Shanghai.

2003

"Zhejiang WUGU Industries Co., Ltd" was founded.

Company received "Ningbo Famous Trademark" and "Zhejiang Famous Trademark".

Ministry of Commerce agreed to allow company to open an office in Los Angeles, USA.

"WUGU Technology Research and Development Center" was founded.

2006

The construction of new factory with over 67,000㎡ was completed.

The aluminum pots from company was rewarded as "Ningbo Famous-Brand Products".

2008

Company agreed on a joint venture offer from Indonesia and USA, setting up "Ningbo VIRO New material co., Ltd".

Company received "China Famous Brand".

2010

Company obtained national industrial production permit.

Company received "Ningbo export brand-name".

2011

WUGU import & export co., Ltd was renamed as "Ningbo CASA import & export co., Ltd".

2015

Company acquired "Zhejiang Paoshin Gardening co., Ltd".
